Yves Bissouma could be heading to Turkey with two clubs chasing the Tottenham midfielder, who appears surplus to requirements under Thomas Frank.

It has been a busy summer of transfer dealing for Spurs and Bissouma has slipped down the pecking order under new boss Frank. And the two Turkish giants are vying to land his signature, according to Takvim. Juventus have also been linked with the Mali international who joined Spurs from Brighton in June 2022 for a deal worth up to £35m ($47m).

Frank has been busy in the transfer market this summer as he looks to build a squad capable of challenging for domestic and European silverware. While the club have suffered a number of serious injuries to midfield talent – James Maddison is on the long-term injury list and there is no return date for Dejan Kulusevski – his opportunities are looking severely limited, especially as Spurs have already beefed up their squad with the addition of Joao Palhinha. 

WHAT FRANK SAID

Following the 3-0 victory over Burnley, Frank said: "Unfortunately Yves got injured in training yesterday. We need to look into how bad it is."
